Our work together starts by developing a strong foundation. Understanding how your core functions will transform how you feel in your body not just through exercise but in your every day! We will create strength from within by mastering diaphragmatic breathing and deep core connection.

Birth Preparation and Recovery

A lot of the aches and pains from pregnancy can be managed through exercise. A fit pregnancy will help you feel your best during and help with your recovery. Part of our training together will be geared towards peppering for this monumental event! Guiding you through breathing techniques for labor, how to manage aches and pains, techniques to help you move better, and much more!

Build Strength 

Mastering the basics will allow you to make strength gains without injury, continue to learn about proper movement mechanics, and get to know your body on a much deeper level! I will help you by creating a personalized program that helps address what your body needs to continue making progress.

Feeling Strong and Empowered

Once movement patterns and core connections are solidified, new equipment and challenges will be introduced to continue challenging your mind and body. The amazing thing about strength training is that it can always be advanced!

Mobility and Recovery

Its important to remember that our recovery practices are just as important as putting in the work in the gym. I will guide you on how to help your body recover better though guided mobility work including release work and stretching.
