    Coaching in a 1-1 setting. Customized workouts to YOUR needs.

    This is the best option if you are new to strength training, pregnant, early post postpartum or recovering from injury. I recommend everyone starts here for at least 1 month to get to know my training methodology, get as much feedback as possible and build a strong foundation.

  • Hybrid Coaching

    Enjoy personalized workouts, two monthly training sessions, coach check-ins, nutrition support, and chat assistance. Perfect for those ready to train independently while still receiving expert guidance, my program helps refine your form, explore advanced movements, and achieve your goals.

  • Remote Coaching

    Remote coaching offers workouts that are personalized to YOUR body’s needs, your schedule and equipment. You have access to a video library with detailed explanations, nutrition support, the ability to upload videos for feedback and chat where you can ask questions and talk to your coach.
